What is The Vibe Collective?
We are an art & fashion hub located in the heart of downtown Portsmouth. Offering carefully hand-selected gifts and apparel while also featuring designers and artists who wish to share their creative genius with the world. Our common thread is to weave in a sense of peace and comfort where everyone can feel free to Just Be!
What's with the sprouts?
Aside from being adorable and bringing a smile to your face, they are also a symbol to remind yourself that you are never too old to grow.
*They are not real, so no need to plant them. Even though some do ;)
Who is the brain behind The Vibe?
The Vibe Collective is a hive mind brainchild created by Lois, our founder, and her many children (birth & adoptive). All have joined forces to create a beautiful and welcoming artist community for anyone & everyone.
Is The Vibe a consignment store?
We are not a consignment store :)
Joining the Collective
How do I join the collective?
Head to our home page and click on our "artist application" link! It will re-direct you to our google form to apply.
What does it mean to join The Collective?
Joining The Vibe Collective is more than just selling your items in a store. You are entering a realm of like-minded people united by our vision for the future of art. Our main goal is to promote all of the small businesses and artists under our collective.
How do you find the artists? Are they all local?
Some have organically found us and others we have reached out to! We have artists from here to Australia under our collective wing. All are encouraged to apply <3
I've received the welcome letter, what happens next?
We will set up either an in-person or virtual meeting with you to discuss the items you're hoping to bring into the collective along with starting the on-boarding process!

Order Info
What is your return policy?
We happily except merchandise exchanges (of equal or lesser value) or returns in the form of store credit within 14 days of your original purchase date. All items must be in their original condition, unworn, and tags still attached. Please email vibecollective23@gmail.com to start the return process.
I've ordered something online, when can I expect it to ship?
All online orders are shipped within 1-5 business days of your purchase date.
*Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
I have a question or concern with my order, who should I contact?
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

I'd like to send my online order as a gift, is that possible?
We will happily wrap your order with extra love and care. We can also include any special message or gift wrapping you'd like. Just leave us a message in the notes section at checkout!
